A full house general contractor, with the paperwork done for you.

Everbuilt is a general contractor that handles the drawings, the permits, the build and the inspections under one contract, for homes and for businesses.

Most contractors hand you a bid and wait for someone else to draw the plans. We draw them. We file them. We meet the inspector. You deal with one team and one phone number from the first visit to the day we hand over the keys.

We build new homes and casitas. We add rooms and second stories. We remodel kitchens, baths and whole interiors. We convert garages and refresh exteriors. We install floors and fabricate counters. And we build out retail, office and medical spaces on a fixed schedule.

What you get when you hire Everbuilt

One point of contact

One project manager owns your job from the first call to the final walk through.

Plans and permits in house

No waiting on an outside architect. We draw it, stamp it and file it.

Inspections included

Every required inspection is booked, attended and passed before we call it done.

Real budgets

You approve a written scope and price before work starts. Changes are priced in writing too.

Clean sites

Dust walls go up on day one. The crew sweeps every evening. We haul our own debris.

Licensed trades

Electrical, plumbing and HVAC are done by licensed trade partners who work with us every week.

Questions people ask first

What kinds of projects do you take on?

New homes, casitas, room additions, full interior remodels, kitchens, baths, garage conversions, exterior work, flooring, counters and commercial build outs. We also do plans and permits as a stand alone service.

How long does a room addition take?

Simple additions take 24 to 60 days of build time after the permit is issued. Second stories take longer.

How do you estimate cost?

We visit the site, measure and talk through what you want. Then you get a written estimate that lists each part of the job. The visit is free.

What is the difference between a general contractor and hiring trades myself?

A general contractor schedules and supervises all the trades under one contract and one warranty. If you want to hire the trades yourself, ask about our owner builder program.

Can I stay in my home during a remodel?

Usually yes. We seal off the work area and set up a temporary kitchen when needed. For whole house remodels some clients choose to move out for a few weeks.

How do you keep me updated?

Phone, text or email, whichever you like. Every project also gets a weekly written report with photos and the plan for the next week.

Tell us what you want to build.

We come to the property, listen and measure. You get a written estimate at no charge.

We reply within one business day. No cost for the site visit or the estimate.
