We take your layout, or draw one with you, and turn it into a permit set. Then we build the walls, run the power and data, hang the ceilings, set the restrooms and lay the floor.

How fast can a build out go?
Small offices take four to eight weeks after permits. Restaurants and medical take longer because of the extra trades.
Who pays for what?
The lease work letter says which items are the landlord's. We read it with you and split the scope so nothing is paid twice.
