Everbuilt builds new homes and buildings from the ground up, and we handle the drawings, the permits and every inspection along the way.
At a glance
- Plans and permits are done in house
- One contract, one point of contact
- Fixed schedule with weekly updates
- Every inspection booked for you
A new build is the biggest project most people ever take on. It goes better when one team owns the whole thing. We draw the plans, pull the permits, pour the foundation and hand you the keys.
You get a clear scope and a fixed schedule before any work starts. We meet you at the site each week. You always know what happened, what comes next and what it costs.
Our crews do the framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing and finish work. We bring in licensed trade partners where the code requires them. We book every inspection and we are on site when the inspector shows up.
Questions about new construction
How long does a new home take?
Most single family homes take eight to twelve months once permits are issued. Drawings and permits add two to four months before that.
Can I use my own architect?
Yes. We build from your plans or ours. If you bring plans we review them for cost and code before you commit.
